This is amongst the few things that shall bring tears in your eyes and give you a run for water….but you would still dare to take yet another smack for it! Fiery hot, flavourful and a perfect companion for your bhakari, rotla or chapati…whatever you want to enjoy it with!! Bajari chi Bhakari ani Mirchi cha Thecha ani Phodlela Kanda (bajara roti with mirchi thecha and broken peeled onion) …this is the staple of farmers here in Maharashtra….a standard lunch ,eaten after a days hard work in the farm! Ever tried eating the above combination??? Truly delicious and satisfying!!
