  1. Add sugar to the whipping cream and using an electric beater, beat till soft peaks form. Refrigerate till further use.
  2. In a stem glass, place a small slice of sponge cake and drizzle some strawberry puree and water mixture to moisten the cake. Add some chopped strawberries over it and top it with whipped cream. Drizzle some strawberry crush over it or best is to use
  3. Put some strawberry jam or crush or plain strawberry filling in a plastic bag and cut of the corner tip and pipe the mixture over the cream in circles and place a strawberry at the center. The decoration will make it seem like a rose. Serve cold.
