This weekend seems exceptionally lazy. Maybe its the whether…gloomy , rainy and cozy! Its gets nice and cool here in Nasik , unlike the humidity in Mumbai! But watching the streets outside , you just tend to lose the motivation to step out , even it be for leisure. But lazing at home is fun at times though! Just sit back and watch the rains , grab a cup of tea and chill! Its only these rains which gives homemakers like me a chance and a reason to relax…. So not much mehnat this weekend! A shortcut subji , which is sure to spice up your weekend , even if you think its vegeterian! But it sure is special , and no one would make out that its made with least efforts! So comeon , lets grab the secret!
- Mix onion,tomatoes,cashewnuts,ginger garlic ,cinammom ,cloves,peppercorns and cumin seeds with 1 tsp Oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 5-10 mins until onion softens. Alternately,fry them in little oil till the onions soften. Cool and gri
- Heat the remaining oil and fry the paneer until light brown and transfer on a plate. Now add the puree to the oil and saute till oil floats on top. Now add the tumeric , red chilly powder and kitchen king masala and mix. Add the green peas and salt,s
- Now add the paneer cubes and mix. Add the cream and stir. Simmer for 1 min. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with roits or parathas.
