Make merry before Shravan comes…….. This could be my last prawns recipes for the season before they go missing.   It has an Oriental flavor and goes well with Thai food.

Directions

  1. Clean and De vein the prawns. Marinate the Prawns in the prepared marinade for atleast an hour.
  2. Thread the prawns through the satay sticks. Heat a little oil in the pan and grill the prawns till done.
  3. You can also grill the prawns in the oven. Garnish and serve with tomatoes, cucumber and the peanut dip.
