Make merry before Shravan comes…….. This could be my last prawns recipes for the season before they go missing. It has an Oriental flavor and goes well with Thai food.
- Clean and De vein the prawns. Marinate the Prawns in the prepared marinade for atleast an hour.
- Thread the prawns through the satay sticks. Heat a little oil in the pan and grill the prawns till done.
- You can also grill the prawns in the oven. Garnish and serve with tomatoes, cucumber and the peanut dip.
