Here comes my favourite Friday! It’s thanks to this friday which gives way to a lovely weekend! And the best way to thank a friday is to make it special , with friday fever meals! So today’s friday fever recipe is a simple Grilled chicken sandwich with a different kick!Its especially for those tired souls , who ve been slogging all week! And i m one of them. Had a tiring week and i really deserve a delicious treat , without slogging much in the kitchen. Really want to sit back and relax this weekend. But never know , my little toddler might have other plans! But just for the moment ,want to enjoy the dream ! This version of recipe is for lazy lass like me( I m not lazy , just occasionally lazy , ok) wherein i have used boiled chicken , however , you can marinate boneless chicken breasts with salt , pepper , honey , mustard and balsamic vinegar and later grill them and use them instead of plain boiled one.



  1. Toast the buttered bread on a pan or grill on a low heat till crisp. In a mixing bowl , mix all the remaining ingredients other than the fries and nuggets.
  2. Place the toasted bread on a plate and put some of the chicken mayonaise mixture on it. Top it with some french fries and nuggets and place the other toasted bread over it. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve with ketchup and simleys.
