- Take chickpea flour or besan and rice flour in separate plates.Now roll the pomfret first in the besan and then in the rice flour.
- Fry in oil on both the sides till crisp. The lemon juice reduces the fishy smell and the fish becomes crisp because of the besan and the rice flour.
