Was tired of eating tandoor starters. Wanted to try something a little spicy but also with a lot of zing.   So here is chicken with an Italian twist. Turned out really well…..   I have used port wine. The regular red wine could be used but you might need to add a little sugar to it.   So Hic Hic Hurray!!!!!!!



  1. Marinate the Chicken in ginger garlic paste and the red wine. Add the chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt. Leave the marinade for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat the Oil in a pan. Add the marinated Chicken and cook till the wine dries up. Garnish with Spring Onions. Serve with Olive Bread.
  3. Serve with Olive Focaccia Bread and salad
