- Clean and was the fish and marianate with turmeric and lemon juice Grind the onion with scraped coconut ,ginger,garlic,red chilly powder and turmeric powder to a fine paste Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and let them splitte
- Lower the gas flame and add coconut milk.Add some water to adjust the consistency and adjust salt.Now add the fish and let the curry simmer for 5-8 mins till the fish is done. Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot with rice or neer dosas
