Its the Mango Season , the much awaited one! I personally hate the hot and sweaty summers, but still await them just to indulge in these lovely yellow fruits , that arrive only during summers! And my family totally love mango….we are a completely Aam Parivaar! Aam Ras and Puris , Aam ras and Pooran Polis are all indulged in.Now what remains is this yummy dessert , which will keep you wanting for more! Simple and easy with few ingredients.. and very delicious too!



  1. Peel and cube the mangoes and make pulp of half the cubes In a bowl,add the mango pulp, cream , sugar and vanilla ce cream and blend using a hand blender or in a mixer
  2. In a serving glass, add some mango cubes at the bottom , layer it with the prepared cream and mango mixture ,again layer with mango cubes,followed by cream mixture and finally top with vanilla ice cream and garnish with mango cubes Serve cold
