This one was our first cake baked together , and our first blog post when we started blogging on blogspot! Get nostalgic, when I look back to those days as new bloggers, learning at every step , falling and getting up! I ve been fortunate to have few helpful fellow bloggers , Tes from Tes at Home , who graciously cooked and wrote our first guest post. And many other non food blogger foodies , who were a constant source of encouragement! So this one’s for all of them, including our friends and family. Its and Asian Cake , light and delicately flavoured. Oil is used as a shortening, that gives tha cake a light texture, along with merignue , that makes it spongy and supre light. We have topped it with chocolate ganache . The combination of Orange and Chocolate is different and delicious.
