A Chicken Lollipop is a classic Indo-Chinese fusion enjoyed by Indians of every class! You get this spicy red coloured fried chicken wings at elite restaurants, as well as the local chinese carts. Ofcourse the taste and method varies slightly, nevertheless, it still remains delicious and appealing for adults and children. Chicken lollipop is a method of preparing chicken wing ,wherein the meat from the segments is scraped at the end of the wing bone,in such a way that it resembles a lollipop. The meat is marinated in chinese seasonings and sauces and fried in a batter of eggs and flour. Its served with sichuan sauce as dipping sauce,or can be tossed in a spicy sauce for more flavouring. I can see myself when I see my toddler indulging in these homemade lollies and the Mom in me takes a satisfied sigh!
