  1. Cut the lemon into thin roundels.
  2. Pour the wine in a pitcher. Add the diced apple, orange segments, lemon slices, and the cinnamon and muddle it a little.
  3. Keep the pitcher in the fridge for at least 4 hrs. At the time of serving add the sugar, brandy and the soda.
  4. Serve chilled in a glass with a wooden spoon.
