  1. Soak Gelatine in warm water and allow it to bloom.
  2. Mix together the water, blue curacao, vodka and warm it. Add the gelatine and mix throughly. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Halve the oranges and scoop out the flesh and segments.
  4. Place the orange halves on the muffin tray and fill them till the brim with the vodka mix. Refrigerate till fully set. Cut the halves lenghtwise and serve chilled.
