- Prep Time:
- Dice the carrot, tomatoes, potato and steam them in a pressure cooker. You can add diced chicken also in a seperate small steel bowl. Takes about 3 to 4 whistles. Let the pressure subside naturally.
- Remove the chicken pieces. Using a hand blender blend to a smooth puree, add some water if needed.
- Add the salt, chilli powder, pepper powder and the stock cube. Add abut 1/2 cup water and the shredded chicken. Mix and simmer till the soup thickens a bit.
- Pour laddle full in individual bowls and serve.
