- Prep Time:
- Wash and dry the Swiss Chard. Cut the stems and chop them finely. Trim the veins on the leaves.
- Heat Olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and the chopped stems and saute for about a minute. Then add the chopped parsley, chopped thyme, chilli flakes and salt and mix. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Spread the Swiss chard and brush the leaves with olive oil. Place the filling in the middle and roll it tightly.
- Heat a pan till very hot and then turn off the heat. Just sear the parcels on both the sides till u get the grill marks.
- Serve hot.
