  1. Wash and dry the Swiss Chard. Cut the stems and chop them finely. Trim the veins on the leaves.
  2. Heat Olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and the chopped stems and saute for about a minute. Then add the chopped parsley, chopped thyme, chilli flakes and salt and mix. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Spread the Swiss chard and brush the leaves with olive oil. Place the filling in the middle and roll it tightly.
  4. Heat a pan till very hot and then turn off the heat. Just sear the parcels on both the sides till u get the grill marks.
  5. Serve hot.
