- Prep Time:
- Wash the beetroots throughly and cut into 1 inch cubes. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, mix the beetroot cubes, salt, chilli flakes, finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme and oilve oil.
- Pre heat the airfryer or the oven. Wrap the herbed beetroot cubes in an aluminium foil and bake at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 mins.
- Open the aluminium foil and let the beets cool down. Serve on a bed of lettuce and drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
