- Prep Time:
- Wash and clean the Pomfrets and slit them sideways. Dry them and Marinate them with lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for 15 mins.
- Finely chop the onion, green chillies, pudina, coriander leaves and stems. Mix them together with the grated coconut, chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi powder and salt.
- Stuff the pomfret with the filling.
- Heat oil in the pan or tawa for shallow frying. Roll the pomfrets in rice flour. Coat them evenly and fry on both sides till golden.
