  1. Finely chop the garlic and the mixed herbs seperately. Chop the Mushrooms.
  2. Heat butter in a non stick pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and saute. Add the mushrooms, salt, chilli flakes and saute till mushrooms are cooked. Turn off the heat and add the cream. Mix and add the herbs.
  3. Add the cheese spread and mix well. Serve hot with garlic bread.
