Our review on Rangat Foods

I played it safe and tried using the Galaji Stuffed vegetable masala in this quick and easy Mushroom Sukka. The results were tasty and quick vegetable that's now a family favorite.

The Paneer Butter Cheese masala is another staple in my kitchen. Its a versatile masala mix with adequate thickening agents, so when you add the spice mix to your recipe, you get a restaurant style thick and rich gravy.

There are recipe instructions at the back of each pack, however, I prefer using it more as a main spicing ingredient rather than a base of the gravy . So its imperative for me to make my own onion tomato puree and gravy first before I start my star curry! But the end result is a very Unique taste that is very much unforgettable! So don't be surprised if your guests get themselves invited for a dinner yet again!

 Mushroom Sukka


8-10 Button Mushrooms,washed and diced

1 Medium Onion sliced

1 Small Tomato finely Chopped

1 tsp Oil

1 tbsp Galaji Stuffed Vegetable Masala

1 tsp Nimeet Spices Kashmiri Red chilli powder

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Sugar (optional)

Dash of lemon juice

Chopped Coriander leaves for Garnish

Heat oil in a non stick fry pan and fry the sliced onions till translucent.

Add the diced mushrooms and salt. The mushrooms will begin releasing water, so fry till the water dries up.

Add the chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix and cover and cook till the tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Add Galaji Stuffed vegetable masala,Sugar,Red Chilli Powder and mix.

Add a splash of water to make the mixture come together and cook on open pan for 1 minute.

Lastly,add a dash of lemon juice and transfer into a serving plate and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with fulkas.

The Mushrooms can be cut into bigger chunks for making a snack or appetiser.
